4Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

7Account Closure & Suspension

• Immediate account suspension for terms violations

• Suspension pending investigation due to suspicious transactions or fraud allegations
• Self-exclusion or account closure at the user's own request
• Accounts inactive for an extended period will be automatically deactivated.

Prior to closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance, unless forfeiture applies due to a terms violation. To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team.
